Angry Birds and motion controls actually make a good match on Samsung's top-end TV sets.

Angry Birds is a household name—no small feat for a mobile video game. First released on the iPhone in late 2009, it has since made its way onto just about every other mobile platform out there.

And now the Angry Birds are coming to the biggest screen in your living room. Rovio, the game's Finland-based developer, teamed up with Samsung to put the original Angry Birds on the ES7500 and ES8000 LED TVs and the E8000 plasma model.

The game is entirely motion-controlled, like a Microsoft Kinect game, or something Tom Cruise tried to do in Minority Report. We thought it would be gimmicky, but turned out to add some charm. Check out our video demo above, and read our reviews of all the TVs with the game included.
