Conclusion
{{article.attachments['Sharp-LC-40E67UN-intro.jpg']}}The Sharp Aquos LC-40E67UN is a well priced 40-inch 1080p HDTV. But this low price comes at a cost; the whites are not as bright as other similar priced HDTVs, and the remote is rather awkward, with small buttons and a system for controlling other devices that is clumsy and confusing. But the main drawback here is the motion: we saw jerky motion where most of the details of objects disappeared in a blurry haze, making faces difficult to recognize. But this is pretty typical for a low-cost display like this; you'd expect to pay more for a model that included the faster motion processing that helps to deal with issues like this. Still, the LC40E67UN is a good bargain for those who want to balance the size of the screen with a tight budget.
