Conclusion
{{article.attachments['RCA-L40FHD41-intro.jpg']}}The RCA L40FHD41 is a budget TV. This means it won't cost you much money, but it won't be a stunning beacon of technological progress either. Overall, we thought the RCA held up well against other TVs. It had decent picture quality, despite a few flaws. It had a very inconsistent color temperature, its greyscale gamma was very off, and it had some issues with motion and artifacting. The deal is, even with those issues, we think it'll make a good budget option. If you're in the market for an HDTV under $600, you probably won't notice the L40FHD41's downsides.
