First one the sound didn't work. took it back to the store, got a refund without problems. then ordered the second one, hopefully the sound would work. All works great. A great experience and proved again to me Sam's Club is a safe and secure place to shop.

Second one worked.

The smart tv seems to work well (only had it for a few days). Wonder about support.
Logged on and registered the product and later found that we could only log on using the same UserName and THE SAME COMPUTER. Person answering our call new only details of thing like finding a user manual, had no knowledge of logging on problems etc. Blamed computer manufacturer for any logging on problems and had no telephone number for technical support.

TV GOOD, COMPANY ?

just received, purchased this for its SMART APPs, notably Facebook..
TV says it no longer supports Face Book.
Sharp Tech Rep said they haven't supported FB in months even though its on spec sheet, ALL adds to include Sharps own, and even the TV demo feature still shows it.
The rep recommended I purch the Apple TV or ROKU stick.. UMM why again doesn't my SMART TV do that?
The browser feature locks the TV cold every use, she made it sound like it was a known issue. Told me to restart TV, start browser, let it crash, restart it and press "3" on remote.
When there is a solid black picture on the screen, I can see several white patches in the back ground, she recommended a (yes cell phone users!) A HARD RESET.. and walked me through it.
BR vids are just fine as most reviews say.
pretty much out of the box ready to play.
Keep the room small with this TV, the speakers are clear and "tinny" in small room, this one needs a soundbar
